Our eco-friendly products naturally break down in 180 days, returning to the earth as CO2, water, and biomass.

Additionally, Ecogreen prioritize: ethical standards for all internal and external stakeholders; and the Millennium Development Goals, reflecting our commitment to ending poverty, promoting gender equality, and protecting the environment. These principles are embedded in every project undertaken by Ecogreen.

In 2008, our founder—restless, creative, and an entrepreneur with a salesman's soul inherited from his Caldense ancestors—decided to travel abroad. He left with a dream of seeking new horizons, and during this journey, he discovered a unique opportunity for our country.
Thinking of a sustainable future, he ventured into eco-friendly packaging. With his own funding and the trust of fellow shareholders, he began importing corn starch-based solutions, founding BIODEGRADABLES ECOGREEN in the city of Bogotá to lead this green transition.
With a true love for cars, his goal was to build the 'Ferrari' of biodegradable packaging. But his true mission lies in people: creating opportunities and jobs that empower our team to grow personally and professionally.
With over 15 years in the Colombian market, his hard work and tenacity will surely continue to provide innovative alternatives for the future.
